I don't think I could sign that type of agreement.

I think I'd rather try the thing in court and see what type of award I could get from a judge.

I have a friend who lives in Israel and is victim of domestic violence. She has moved out of her house and into an apartment. Yesterday, her husband beat her, no broken bones, but a lot of bruises. He was arrested and there is now a restraining order in place.

As I'm half a world away, there is not a whole lot I can do. So, I'm asking my CTN friends to send some serious mental shin kicks to my friend Karen's husband.

The Coach Cut trip to Winston-Salem was interesting. Clarkston Hines was there. Nice to meet some fellow posters from here and over there; Devil with the Blue Dress, RoyWhite, among others.

I won a signed mini-football as a door prize, and Coach Cut posed for a picture with me and it. I will try to post it tomorrow evening, both here and on Facebook. Given Coach Cut's motivational techniques, it should come as no surprise that I came home, changed clothes and exercised, my last day of the 6 week workout session on the Fitness Active.

When I went to his last 2 sessions in Raleigh, I was ready to go to the weight room, then the track and then to the FB office and check to see if I had any eligibility left. Then I reconsidered and remembered he was recruiting speed and not slugs...

Same here. I was ready to slap on some pads and a helmet and play linebacker! But I don't think Duke plays powder puff football anymore....
