We spent a fun holiday weekend in the Windy City. We are discovering we aren't as young as we used to be but manage fun just the same at a slower pace. Good friends, good food, Navy Pier with a ride on the new Ferris Wheel, time on the lake in a Tall Ship and ended with a Neil Diamond concert! The Old Ref reminded me it was one of many Neil concerts he's gone with me to, but it was just as good as the first one! Fun time...tired old folks. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and took time to remember those who gave their lives so we could enjoy the freedom we have!

Good morning. I an in Richmond. When I got here yesterday, Shirley was not doing well. I got her too the ER. It turns out she was dehydrated and had a UTI. They started a iv antibiotic. She was admitted. Hopefully, she is improving.
