I plan on going to the Duke Store Thursday to buy shirts.

I wore my 2001 NCAA Champions shirt to work today. I got a few congratulatory comments, but most were appended with, "But everyone hates Duke, you know."

Is anyone else annoyed by the fact that a significant number of the stories about the championship focus on "underdog" Butler losing rather than Duke winning? IMO the whole "Duke is evil/Duke gets all the calls" media blight is just one symptom of a much greater problem. The press, in general, annoys the heck out of me and I'm becoming increasingly more cynical of anything I see/hear in the media. The press is focused on being sensationalistic, and the general public blindly believes everything they see, hear, and read rather than forming their own opinions. I'm going to stop now before I go off on a PPB rant.

I wore mine all day yesterday (afternoon and night) and almost ripped it off because I got sooo HOT towards the end!!!!!

Glad I endured the sweat!!!!! ;)

I agree with you on your Opinion and people lose sight of great athletic play and diminish what the TEAM actually did all season, not just last night! Dickie V gave a great commentary and tribute on ESPN to Duke, Coach K and the TEAM last night! I loved it!!!!

I just checked to see what post # I was on and came back to index and I think this is the first time I've ever seen the LTE 2.0 at the very TIPPY TOP OF THE INDEX LIST!!!! WOW!!!!

Section 6, 8 rows up from the brass rail, against the entry surround.
This is where 'Son of...' and I were sitting as Andre led the team and coaching staff onto the stage for the welcoming ceremony.
First time in the stadium in more than 30 years.
'Son of' and I both laid out of work today and made the drive to Derm. Glad to do it.
