8 laps to go: CAUTION: KuBu hits the wall with his right side. Minor damage... he doesn't lose a lap.
Jr had an 8 second lead. That now gets wiped out.

Yes, I won this week, but I have also managed to overtake (barely) the legend who is better known as Miles. That's okay... it won't last more than a week.

Also note... I will be traveling to attend an international conference in Vietnam next Sunday, so I will be looking for someone else's comments about the next race... THE GLEN!!

Why would the young driver exit his car, and walk onto a track with cars racing around at high speeds????

I won for the week, but remain equidistant between Miles and IowaDevil in the overall season standings.

At the local track (Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem), just about any time one driver thinks another one wrecked him, said first driver tries to confront said second driver. Sometimes, they use their cars, sometimes they walk on the track and go after the person they blame, who is usually still in the car. From watching the attendees, that is why a lot of the people are there.

BGS is better lit than the track in NY, from what little video I have seen, and it's a paved track, not a dirt one.

I feel really sorry for all involved.

I've seen the Sprint Cup guys do that too, but I've never seen them walk into the MIDDLE of the track to do it! That's just insane, especially in a league with dirty windshields, bad lighting, and no spotters.

A car on a dirt track, just can't brake and go in a different direction.

Prayers to the family of Kevin Ward Jr. and his crew chief and staff and sponsors and the other drivers and fans that were there in NY. Very tragic to witness an accident like that.

All JG and Logano. Harvick 3rd.
