I'll be hanging around for a little bit, it's a hassle to get my car back in that lot to pick up my gear, so I'm stuck. I'll eat, but can't drink much because I'm heading home to the beach as well. Looks like the TV might be handy TNT.

I think 2 of our friends from Tn. will be in for the game. If they want to Brunchgate with us, I will tell them to bring beer to share. I will bring extra stuff to help make up for my guest.

Since it's an early game..I think we will have enough beer..however, since they are from out of state see if they can pick up any beer that they think we might not be able to get. That would be great.

CathyCA, 8-x , my Mom, her friend Fran and my Christian will be there, but perhaps not as early as the rest of you.

We're bringing a couple of loaves of beer bread, along with butter and jam or jelly. I'll bring a few liters of Fanta, too.

The weather forecast looks like we may have some rain on Saturday. Didn't we have enough rain to last the whole season this past Saturday?

I will call them tomorrow. Maybe they could get something from a TN. micro brew.

Or a Ken-tucky micro-brewery since Lavabe won't be here for a while... :-*

It looks like the food bit is pretty well covered. Everytime I thought of something to bring, someone else would step up to the plate (early bird gets the worm).

TNT, and suggestions on what to bring?

Fruit tray/fruit salad?

Ummm... not to override the opinion of a doctor (well, this could be considered a "second opinion") but, how about something for after the game during postgate, er... linnergate, uh... high tea?

Right now the only thing for the "after-party" is hot dogs. (I'll probably bring a couple of items I've got laying around as well.) But some chips (tortilla, potato, whatever floats your barge) might be a great addition.

(and in honor of a different thread)
I'm just sayin'...

Also, we will be arriving in time to see the Blue Devil Walk and cheer on our team. What time does the Blue Devil Walk begin on Saturday morning?

Probably between 9:30 and 9:45. It is usually 2 1/2 hours before the game starts.

FYI, Allenmurray has sent in his contribution for our tent. I will pass the funds along to our (major) food suppliers for future purchases!

Along with my potatoes, I'll bake a bunch of muffins of various flavors. I still haven't heard from Jarhead, so muffins will be good instead of bagels.

In Lavabe's honor, I may bring some Zocor samples from the office for those who over-indulge with the fat and cholesterol items. :)) =))
