I hope to make a game or two this year, but I'm not sure at this point. I was sure looking forward to Brunchgate, so I hope I hope I can join you all at least once or twice.
Welcome! Sorry about your dad. Hope you do make it to a couple of games and Brunchgates.

dbslaw, I second Ozzie's sentiments. Though taking care of an elderly relative is a gift and I hope you and your father enjoy the time together.

Sorry to hear about your dad. We'll save an extra brat and a hand-crafted ale for you. Let us know when... ;)

We all hope you can make it as well. Vibes to your father, it's great of you to make the football sacrifice. Bright side, more games should be on TV this year.

After you totally take care of me (financially) for a year (or thereabouts) so I can leave my job and have a Saturday free to fly in? $-)

After I win, first the fan club will come visit you, and they'll all go shopping at the Coach store (and elsewhere) on Rodeo Drive. Then you can come back east with us. :D

We have 6 home games in football. But then basketball season starts and that takes a lot of them. Not to mention the arts events on campus that I may have to cover. Oh, and before basketball starts, I have to seat the season ticket holders and get their tickets printed and mailed. And don't forget women's volleyball is in the fall. Yeah, and away football games- not sure how many of those I'll be traveling to.

Let's not forget I'm going to take another week to help my mom in LV once she & my dad go back...

You mentioned something about Saturdays? What are those?

And I forgot about concerts/special events.

Then bowl season begins. But by then Brunchgates will be long past. Then on into conference basketball... post season... now we're in April but the arts are still going... how's May for everyone?

And when I win, we'll buy a couple of houses down here at the beach and be neighbors :D We will go to all the Brunchgates with CB&B and trade off being the designated driver!
