10 has screwed up all our police videos. The videos are still there, but all the information as to time and speed (for in car cameras) is gone.

Someone didn't make a backup before converting? wow...

The guy in charge of this is the same one I chewed out earlier this week for accusing me of not doing my job when the video he gave me didn't have a player on it to play the specific video I needed. It was a jail fight, both combatants were charged, and he didn't understand why I couldn't just call one defendant to testify against the other, and then have them switch. Uh, dude, read the Fifth Amendment.

I'm guessing his copy of the Bill of Rights stops after the Second Amendment.

Install "Classic Shell". It is a great and free program that gives you the old school menu back. Windows 10 is a good OS, but better with a real menu.

That's the touchpad, and in some cases, there is a setting to disable the touchpad while typing (your hand makes contact and the mouse jumps), but unfortunately it is a pain to find. Next time one of the kids are there, put 'em to work!

F9 appears to be the answer. I'll keep trying. Thanks to all of you for your help. By the way, there are no straight lines in this house.
