Picking up a whole shoulder for the game tomorrow. Even if we got there at 6am and fired up our grills by 7, that hunk of meat would not be ready. Gonna fire up TNT's grill around 2am tonight and start, then box it up in a cooler for the ride to Duke where we'll finish it onsite. Promising some very tasty 'cue. Well hopefully it will be tasty, but even it tastes horrible it will be cooked to a perfect temp!
