It appears that the decision has been made to turn the Mate loose from the hospital. She isn't 100%...probably 80 at best and it's gonna be a slow ride to 100. It could take as much as another couple of months to get there. But hey, that's a damned expensive hotel she's been in. Entertaining too! The guy across the hall has dymensia and yet does a great job of telling the 'Aristocrats' joke, even though he isn't aware he doing it.

Her doctor's name is, I ain't joking here, ACULA. That's right, Dr.Acula.

I can't stop. !!! only YOU could find such humor in the midst of this mess!!!! I keep thinking of the ad for the movie where the Count says " I do NOT say 'blagh blagh blagh!!!"

Take good care of your mate. She's a honey! She puts up with you and deserves the best!

It's a big part of my job to force her to laugh. It chases out phlegm and most evil spirits. It forces her to breathe. Exhaling to full potential is vital. It rids the lungs of any overstored CO2, which can make you feel loopy. Jokes can't come too fast 'cause she still has to inhale.Mel Brooks calls this 'Dangerous Laughter'.

I'm glad they're springing her, Captain! Being at home with you will be the best medicine for the first mate.

I'm sending continued prayers for her complete recovery.
