As far as etiquette is concerned, may I suggest that you use a toothpick or something to etch "103-104" into the pie crusts before filling it? Then you and ILJ can walk around at the party snickering as all the Kentucky folk have a slice of humble pie. :-)

This is exactly what I would do.

Desserts are side dishes as far as I'm concerned. In fact, if I saw a peach cobbler made with bourbon, I'd probably have it as my APPETIZER.
