I'm REALLY guilty of #3.

The past two years pre-season: "Man, look at Miles! He's beefed up, looks like a monster! He's going to kick some ass!"

The past two years in-season: "DOH!"

P.S. Not trying to be harsh on Miles. He's a great guy and a good ballplayer and did Duke proud. More of a reflection of my expectations just being out of whack.
