It occurs to me that if CB&B had Duke decals on his car he was just asking for it. X( Following too close? Gimme a break!

I remember a state cop remarking to the OP once in Chapel Hill that it took guts to wear that tacky Duke shirt around here. The OP responded with a big grin, "Yep. It sure DOES!" :D
Love, Ima

That just blows chunks CB&B.

When there is so much REAL crime in the State of NC, and everywhere else, that you had to endure being detained, handcuffed and humilated yesterday.

You should be able to get alot of great advice from all the attorneys on CTN.

:ymhug: :wizard:

Do you think the :Police: stopped you because of you DUKE decals?

What a crock of shit. Up here they cannot charge you criminally for something like this as it is a civil matter and unsecured debt is unrecoverable through any legal process after two years.

I'm taking it that in this case, SOL is not short for "shit outta luck".

Sometimes it means that; sometimes it means "statute of limitations."

No need to worry about snow because this winter we saw less than 1/4 of the snow we usually see. We have been breaking heat records all week. It was 84.2 here today.
