Brilliant! ;)Lavabe wrote:NOTE: Ex-Lax, in CrazieTalk net-speak, is usually reserved for discussion of someone who drives a Tesla with a BimbHo.ArkieDukie wrote:Does this same policy apply if someone were to make special Ex-Lax brownies for someone whose name rhymes with pinion?lawgrad91 wrote:Yes.
It is settled in the law that you take your victims as you find them. Your victim may be allergic to a poison and die, and the "I was just trying to make him sick" is no defense, either criminally or civilly.
In Virginia, poisoning to the point of illness can get a defendant 20 years. Not sure what the law is in other states, but I'm guessing the potential sentence isn't any fun.

Thanks.

Ever heard of assault or administering a noxious substance? Both of those would apply.

Just wanted to be certain. A moot point anyway. The "situation" is nearly resolved.colchar wrote:EarlJam wrote:Can you get in big legal trouble for pranking someone with a dose of poison light enough to make them very physically ill, but not heavy enough to hospitalize them for long or put them in danger of death?

On a side note, how long does it take a corpse to fully decompose if buried in a shallow grave?

Define "fully" decompose. You might want to Google the Body Farm at the University of Tennessee.EarlJam wrote:Just wanted to be certain. A moot point anyway. You should get a fully automatic airsoft gun and plunk 'em with that. Or maybe a paintball gun.captmojo wrote:We keep a box on the driveway, free for the taking.
I'd like to find where they live and deliver their discards back to them.
Hope I won't have to call the Sheriff's office.
Or sneak around behind them and shoot their cars with paintballs.

Problem averted...or at least delayed for the present
They chickened out and didn't show up this past weekend. BUT, I will remain on alert for them. ;)
