OK I'll do it, but I don't know what I'm doing. I'll pick my guys based on color scheme.

GREAT!! :-BD

There's a preview before qualifying and another before the race, each week. You can learn a little more there, and it makes picking a lot easier.

Say, is KNIGHTS registered yet?

The preview they post helped me last year. I didn't follow it exactly, but I did take the info provided into account when making my choices.

This is my third season and I'm still pretty clueless. Though this has taught me a lot about racing and I'm happy to say that I like watching races now. Have fun!

I HAVE attended one NASCAR race before, down in Charlotte, maybe 7-8 years ago. I recall the best part of it was the food, beer and boiled peanuts. There was a torrential downpour before the race - which meant walking in from the dirt (mud) parking lot was a blast. And then the rain delay in the middle of the race for an hour was a hassle. I think it was the 600. We didn't even stay for the whole thing, it was such a long damn day.

What's even longer is the traffic getting around the track. I got stuck in traffic leaving the race about 30 miles from home. It took about three hours to get home from there.

I'm watching "Talledega Nights". Like an NASCAR race...I've only watched the end.

I don't like St. John's.

One word of caution: Ricky Bobby is NOT on any of the three lists of fantasy drivers.

But he should be. :D

I wonder if there is a song about the 12 days of NASCAR.

I'm betting there is but, if not, we could always write one.
