We started pulling away when I started washing dishes in the second half.

I didn't need to wash for long. :happy-bouncyblue: :happy-bouncyblue: :happy-bouncyblue: :happy-bouncyblue:

That's just after I wondered on chat if you were in the kitchen washing dishes. Thanks for doing your part, Lavabe! :happy-bouncyblue:

Roughly 15 minutes to go in the WF game, and ILJ yells at me to start washing the dishes, as we were only up by four.

I did.

The rest needs no description. :ymdevil: :ymdevil:

Okay... here's the update on the dishes.

St. John's debacle: Did not get up to do the dishes. I didn't think the dishes could do ANYTHING for the team.

Maryland: In the second half, Maryland knocked it down to a 5-pt Duke lead, when ILJ stated;

"DO THE DISHES, NOW!!"

The rest is history.

All thanks should be given to ILJ! :-* :-* :-*

We offer thanks.
I, for one, give thanks for blue uniforms and wish they'd burn the black ones.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again...
Black in any quantity (even the tiniest bit of trim) should be fully eradicated from all Duke sports uniforms. Black is not one of our school colors, and it really looks terrible with our blue.

And, seems to be the choice when road losses occur. X(

Summary of the State game at the Lavabe house:
1) I began washing dishes and cooking once the Gonzaga game ended.
2) I stopped all of this activity at the end of the first half.
3) I washed no dishes in the second half.

Eerie, isn't it? /:) /:)

On Wednesday night you start washing dishes at 8:59 pm E.S.T. and you don't stop washing those fucking things until the teams have hit the showers after the game. Do you understand me? DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? :9f:

We'll probably not have to let the dishes sit. I'll do a bunch of cooking, thereby leaving a lot of cleanup of pots and pans.
