I'm so confused, why did they do that to greybeard's posts again? And why is so upset about it? Not saying he shouldn't be upset, I'm just confused about the whole situation. And they haven't gotten rid of his farewell yet. Man, mine didn't last five minutes back in the day.

Jason told me that they usually take them down because most people end up coming back, and they're trying to avoid embarrassment all around when that happens. Take that as you will.

Has anyone heard from greybeard about whether he's interested in joining us over here?
And to reiterate a point of mine from earlier in this thread (I think): Paging billybreen? Does anyone have a good way to get in touch with him? I'd really like it if he saddled up over here too.
I wish Cavlaw would come over too, but seeing as how he's a DBArrr! mod, I don't much see that happening.

Yes, you beat me to it Tilly! Just a reminder that a number of us have had run-ins with different mods. You need a scoresheet to keep track of who annoys whom. Maybe the interesting point is if we can identify a mod(or mods) whom everyone likes.

As for billybreen, although I'd love to have him visit, I believe he still holds the archive of DBR AND hosts the popular "SnrubChat."

Nonetheless, I hope he takes up an invitation. Cute dog, too!

Be that as it may, he hasn't posted on DBArrr! in months, so perhaps he would like a new interweb home. And anyway, like many of us, he was at his best when the OTB was at its goofiest.
If we can't get him to join up over here, it probably just means our recruiting is slipping.

BlueDeacon has come over from the BTD boards, cross pollination efforts have been successful. His nickname over there is BD but he can't have it here!

At least I think BlueDeacon is a he.
