Not sure. I think there were many times he was still breathing while showing no other life functions. :-?

I apologize for forgetting to answer this question. I knew there was something I had forgotten. There always is.
I wasn't there. At the time, I was here, at home. She was out in Cali, visiting her Mom and family there. They went to Carmel, stayed at the Mission Ranch, and were lucky enough to get an invite from the man, himself, in the piano bar. As mentioned before, he's very accessable.

I :romance-heartbeating: Carmel. There was a time when I thought I would like to retire there, or in Pacific Grove. Gorgeous place! Where do your in-laws live in CA?

Her Mom is here with us now. She has a sister in Fresno, a brother in Modesto and a brother in Coarsegold.
Her Mom and Dad divorced in 1965 and they now both live under my roof. Not together...just here. :twitch: :twitch: :twitch: :twitch: :twitch: :twitch: :twitch: :twitch: :twitch: :twitch:

This is the reason I don't get out much. L-) :twitch:

You are a good son-in-law.

I drove through the suburbs of Coarsegold in June on my way out of Yosemite. Beautiful country up there!
