I will end this frenzy with one warning:

In this rivalry, as far as I am concerned, all bets are off at 9 PM Wed. We all know what should happen, but I never, ever count on a victory playing at the dump on the hump. The only time I KNEW were gonna win there was d'oh's 8-20 year when Ozzie and I sat in the next to the last row of the nose dome with my oldest daughter and saw Duke up by about 40 with 10 minutes to go and they 'hole faithfuls were trampling each other in a mad rush to "drive home safely."

Well, and there are many ther example, the "unglueification" has begun. I can't imagine, moderators or not, Duke fans ripping K like this during one season of struggle, especially if the team was the current reigning champion. Unbelieva...well, maybe not so unbelievable.

Unacceptable. The 'Holes have been allowing runs of 20+ and you can only manage 7 straight?

I just read that press conference post. I swear. Ol' Roy is the sorriest joker I have ever witnessed when it comes to leadership. What a big crybaby. Those poor guys need a leader but he's so scared the Rams Club will have his hide, all he can do is go on and on about how much sleep he's lost. "Poor weary,sad, unconfident me! Please Rams! Feel sorry for me. "

He's pointing out one thing he's right about, though. He says he's been lucky to have had the breaks he's had. How true. He's never built a program, but inherited up-and-running successes. About all he had to do with Doh's leftovers was get them all on the same page. Even I probably could have coached all that talent to an NC. Should they beat us this week, it will prove his point......that of being the luckiest wimp that ever drew a breath.

Imagine being in a foxhole with the Taliban coming over the mountain and he's the one in there with you. All he'd do is bawl and wring his hands! Gimme good ol' gutsy, cantankerous Coach K in my fox hole any time. I'd have faith that he'd think straight and at least have a plan! At the very least we'd go down fighting.

Somebody over yonder suggested that maybe Huckleberry should take one of Coach K's leadership roundtable sessions. That's the best advice he could ever get! (Bless his heart, I guess.)
