We've found some very promising ones down in Frisco, which is a great location for us; the National Park with all its kids' programs, the Ocracoke Ferry, the lighthouse, etc. This one is our front-runner right now; it's not on the beach, but looks like a nice quiet location close to all the stuff we want to do, and the price can't be beat.
I like the pool table and the hot tub. Are you going to invite all of us over for a party out by the Tiki bar?
I'll bring the Bud Light!

I couldn't believe someone would have an expensive pool table there, but very cool! Love to shoot pool, but sorry OZ, not with BL! ;)

Be warned, my brother is a serious pool player, and doesn't drink. :ymdevil:

That's OK, I'm a serious Bud Light drinker and don't play pool! =))

For anybody still following along, we decided on this house--no pool table, but a swimming pool right on the beach! Hopefully it won't wash away over the winter.

I think, given the number of adults you'll have in your group, that you'll be happier with this house. It has a larger kitchen than the first house, and the common areas are large.

Plus, you have a pool. And beach access.
