He got, or is getting, a 2009 Audi to replace his 2003 Audi.

No NBA Playoffs, no Braves, and the Wonderful World of Disney went the way of the dinosaurs about 18 years ago. What the hell am I gonna do tonight?

I was thinking of taking off my shoes and counting my toes tonight...it takes a while, but then as you noted there isn't much else going on. Oh wait, Dodgers-Cubs. Toe counting will have to wait.

Yep, another A4. Not very original, but I do like the one I have currently and the new one is better. Sometimes loyalty is rewarded...

Sign me up for a "boring" A4 anytime.

Maybe I'll watch Jurassic Park again. I also recently DVR'ed Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Kung Fu Panda, and Cars, none of which I've gotten around to yet.

My DVR died this weekend...with lots of stuff I wanted to keep for a while longer. Power went out and the hard drive went. It will still record(it says the drive is x% full afterwards), but when you go to the menus to play things it doesn't list anything. I'm taking it back tomorrow to replace it with a new one.

Bruins out, so my local obligations to hockey are fulfilled. Ahhh, but it is on NBC...yes I can and have been a shill for a corporate sibling.

Yeah, I'm aware of that, but try as I might, I just can't make myself be anything other than resoundingly uninterested in that. If I have a preference, it's for the Penguins, but if I were a betting man, I'd put money on the Red Wings pretty much every year (hence my preference for the Pens).

The Galore family is having a crappy day. I've been fighting some sort of viral thing for the past 4 days. My tonsils are swollen and it hurts to swallow, I'm sniffiling and sneezing, but I don't have a fever and I don't have strep (saw the doctor the other day).

Earlier today Mother Galore (that sounds so formal, which she isn't) was carrying a glass pan of brownies, tripped dropping the pan of brownies and landed on broken glass slicing her hand. She and Father Galore (now it sounds like my dad is a priest) are in the ED. They called me for entertainment purposes. Too bad their in Maryland. If they'd been down here I could have had things taken care of by now. Though Mom Galore has glass in her hand, she is in good spirits. Bless her heart.

Well damn, Tilly! Sorry to hear all that. Sounds like everything is temporarily unpleasant, but mostly pedestrian though. Hope all of y'all pull through OK. Keep us posted.

Colchar shared this link a while back. http://www.smileygenerator.us/smileyflags/

There are flags from different countries and states. Don't recall seeing a Jolly Roger. Hmmm, a little project while clothes are drying.
