I've given work away to my subs and competitors in spite of my leaderships greediness because I wanted to make sure that I didn't compromise my own integrity and relationship with the folks and other company's management... just to make a buck... there are plenty of them out there! Trust me! Sounds like you overcame the assholes... sorry they happened to be related to me.... but they haven't apparently met me yet!
