[You'll be right next to the Reading Terminal Market. You MUST go. Enjoy! (It's bigger than you realize. Plan to eat a meal there at least once and leave enough time to explore it fully. Buy yourself snacks there, so maybe go at the beginning of your trip.)

Oh, and have a Philly pretzel or two for me. :D
Reading Terminal-agreed
Pretzels-agreed
A couple Belgian ale houses around the Center City area.

Did I mention Jim's, Pat's and Geno's? :D
Thanks, devildeac! Assuming I can talk my colleague into it (and I'm sure I can), cheesesteaks are on the list for tomorrow. And possibly for several other days. :D

Any specific names of Belgian ale houses?
Eulogy, Monks, Zot.

Google is wonderful. I remember reading about Monk's a couple years ago but don't recall the other two. Have a great trip and report back on the "ymm, beer" thread. :D

Tony Hawk is cool, but seeing him on the Jimmy Fallon Show would have involved watching Jimmy Fallon. I'd punch him right in the junk if he walked in the door right now.

Punching a guy in the junk? That's just low...

Such tactics are reserved for chumps like Jimmy Fallon.

You sound (as much as you can sound when typing, but I digress)... jealous?

Perhaps a smidge. Far more than that, though, I'm happy for anyone to get a nice dose of Walter love. It's a pretty singular thing.

Then you should clearly be posting more pictures of him on here so we can all "virtually" partake.

And thank goodness for the nice man in the parking lot who helped me carry stuff to my car.

NOT a good time to go to Costco.

I got Dodgers tickets (well a discount voucher that I can now redeem for tix, but it is half the price of the tickets), strawberries, and a cool hand truck.

The hand truck collapses/extends/folds so it's easy to store in a closet or keep in the trunk of my car.

It also stands on its own when collapsed/folded.

It was $23.
