Whomever ranked Kerlina in the Top 20 preseason was delusional. I'm glad they are being proved so.

Did you read any of the DBR game boards yesterday after the game? Same thing there. I know because I read the thread about the threads, not the actual threads. I won't do that after a loss.wilson wrote:Seriously...Flipping. Their. Shit.wilson wrote:How sick does it make me that I'm casually cruising the inside carolina boards right now?

Did you have those words with marinara or cream sauce?

Re: LTE 2.0
Yeah, but the difference is that we're still looking at a ~30-win, Sweet 16/Elite 8 season, while they're clinging to (fading) hope for a NCAA bid. Post-loss DBR meltdowns are like death & taxes; watching the heels go through this kind of conniption is on an entirely different level.OZZIE4DUKE wrote:Did you read any of the DBR game boards yesterday after the game? The Holes lose and Kyrie Irving added me as a FB friend tonight.

I'm getting close to my "V.I.P." badge.
But I won't get there tonight. I'll predict Wednesday/Thursday.

I know nobody here other than me really cares about NHL hockey but my Leafs, who have been underachieving at an astounding rate this season, just pulled off a couple of trades that can best be described as blockbusters. Well one of them is a blockbuster and the other one is damned close to being a blockbuster. Holy freakin' shit!!!!!!!!!!! Things just got really interesting in these here parts - and they've vowed that they aren't done on the trade front yet! Things could get even more interesting until the trade deadline kicks in...

Re: LTE 2.0
I like hockey, and I want to care a lot more than I already do. I enjoy the playoffs but the rest of the season it always feels like I"m too busy and the games are too erratically scheduled for me to get into a rhythm. Congrats to the Leafs!colchar wrote:I know nobody here other than me really cares about NHL hockey but my Leafs, who have been underachieving at an astounding rate this season, just pulled off a couple of trades that can best be described as blockbusters. Ditto. Not because it's nothing I want to read, but because I can't keep up with the pace of the nothingness.OZZIE4DUKE wrote: I know because I read the thread about the threads, not the actual threads. I won't do that after a loss.

The other night, I dreamt I went to London and attended a huge dinner with the queen. And, an Elvis impersonator was there.
