I had a rude awakening when the school system called to tell us that school is dismissing early. Couldn't that call have waited an hour or two?

Harumph, sort of. Much to the consternation of my coworkers in the varnish zone, the courthouse is opening at 10.

My neighborhood looks like a snow/ice globe. I'm not going anywhere. I hate to sacrifice a vacation day, but oh, well.

My personal chef is making omelets for breakfast. =p~

Our back yard and front yard look like glaciers. There's about half an inch of ice on top of the snow.
