YUMM!!! Did they have the shells? If so, remind me to decline an offer for you to pay for lunch, my distance isn't that great when shucking those shells from the seeds and ya know what comes next, ... distance time..... :D

It was a lab day, with no time off.

But yes, I was a gerbil today.

Breakfast: coffee and a banana
Lunch: Hardees French Dip burger. OK, I had a coupon - buy one get one free - I ate both of them
Dinner: a buffet breakfast was served after Wednesday golf. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patty and french toast. Oh, and a Bud Light to wash it down!

Dinner last night was cuban pork with rice and some steamed veggies...
Breakfast this morning - cereal and coffee

Until I started the quit smoking thing I NEVER ate breakfast - but if you don't take Chantix with food it will make you :ymsick:

My cereal now takes the place of my morning cigarette. :D

Same old same old breakfast: Thomas' Alleged Bagel, no fat Philly cream cheese. This time I also had on it some locally grown cucumber and a couple of slices of Kroger Bourbon ham.

Lunch: Sunflower seeds, tomato, and pretzels.
