Going for TWO Lavabe going for TWO. First week down - it doesn't seem like it has been that long - how odd. I'm going for longer and longer periods without thinking about smoking... :-bd .

Calling for an extra dose of vibes today - for some reason the cravings are very strong today!! Not sure what is up with THAT - eight days? Shouldn't they be going away not getting worse? ~x( ~x( ~x( ~x( ~x(

Hanging in....haven't torn anyone's head off yet...close but no harm done. Very odd that day 8 is so rotten - ~x( X( ~x( :-ss :(
Lots of water, altoids etc...this is why they tell you to toss all of your cigarettes and clean all the ashtrays before you quit...if there were any in my car it would be game over. I have also told every smoker I know in the office to tell me to where to get off if I try and bum a cigarette from them.

<sigh> Thanks for the vibes guys! It helps...it really does!
