ROCK ON, WINDSOR!! Let's go for TWO weeks!!
Going for TWO Lavabe going for TWO. First week down - it doesn't seem like it has been that long - how odd. I'm going for longer and longer periods without thinking about smoking...
.
I'll work on the derivation of chemsitry for you!

Okay, now that makes sense. Thanks for the diagram. I can't believe I needed one.
And now, for the real purpose of this thread, supporting Windsor.
"When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hang on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn." ~Harriet Beecher Stowe
Love the quote Tilly!
I was counting smoking as 'down' and quitting as up - hence down 9 up 10....most smokers try to quit multiple times before it finally 'takes' .
This morning was the first time I've had my coffee without wanting to grab a cigarette. I love coffee
Me too
!!!!, BUT, did you go digging in your purse???? Inquiring minds want to know?
