Good morning. I frosted what is probably the worst looking cake I have ever made this morning. I'm hoping the taste makes up for the looks - it is a white chocolate cake with white chocolate whipped cream frosting and lemon curd filling. I think the top layer slid, or the whole cake, when I transported it this morning. Hopefully, time in the refrigerator will allow me to put it straight again.

Haven't had the party yet. I did take a look - the top two layers slid off so I'll need to do a little repair work when I get to my sister's this evening. Currently, I'm afraid to leave the office as I'm sure that will change the Royals' mojo. They are currently up by 10 in the bottom of the 8th inning. We need 5 more outs.lawgrad91 wrote:How was the cake?DukieInKansas wrote:Good morning. I frosted what is probably the worst looking cake I have ever made this morning. Whatever you did worked well for the Royals' mojo.DukieInKansas wrote:Haven't had the party yet. Good morning. Cake received a thumbs up last night so I'll make it again - but will try to make it look a bit nicer.
