Good Morning, or maybe bad morning, since the Cowboys won and my one comeback to their fans has dissolved in a puff. Thanks for nothin', Iggles.
Don't be too hard on them, though, DU. If that interception had been made and you didn't have the two BAD turnovers at the end of the half, that's a 3 point game at the half, maybe even in the Iggles favor. Yea, it was a blowout, but if three plays had gone different, you have a COMPLETELY different game in the 2nd half.

Qui invidet minor est...
Let's Go Duke!

Just remember that the Iggles signed Michael Vick. He made a difference for them last night.

You know, this could be a GREAT thread: if three things had gone different in your life, what would life be like?

It could also get some people in trouble...

It was pretty good...
However, some of my "friends" (yeah, they really are my friends - just very possible they will attend unc) got stopped in the parking lot and breathalized. Three girls, probably with a combing total of 11 if you added up their class ranks (mine is 11 or 12 by itself) got alcohol CONSUMPTION tickets. After they had ragged on me about my possession ticket. Hmph.
Oh, and in other news: I attended my first Southlight Alcohol Education class today. Lasted pretty much all day and I had to rush home from Raleigh to make the 5:45 pictures at the Sparks house (yeah, the one and only). Quite a few college freshman, mainly from NC State, are in that class. And the biggest jerk to ever walk the halls of my school (a year older than I am, he attends Campbell).
Congratulations on getting that first Southlight class behind you. I know it's a pain, but I'm proud of you for enduring it.
I can't wait to see the pics from the semi-formal. I'm glad that you had a good time.
Rolvix, are you familiar with the concept of schadenfreude?

Or if Duke had been called for three less fouls...

Wonder if the refs will be receiving a bonus this week...

At least a few will be getting their bonus from John Salley.

The sound of crickets chirping is deafening around here today.
Maybe we need a smilie for that...

I'm listening to the women play. A number of CTNers are at the game. (So far we are winning)

I'm baking my first loaf of real bread, ever. Watching the Pats stink it up. Doing laundry. Making a black bean and corn salad to take to a friend's house tonight. Gonna do some cleanup around here as well.

I'm neither watching nor listening so they'll win.
