Sasha is home and wagging her nub. The wrist doc told me I was doing well and didn't need the brace except for strenuous activity.
Celebrations in order!

Good morning. We're going to the James Kenan football game tonight. We always leave by 2:30 so we don't have to fight getting through Raleigh during rush hour. It's only 125 mile drive. Back to Efland after the game. Go JK!!

Good morning. Today marked my first walk to work day. (I hope the gray skies don't bring rain for the walk home.) I hope to do it at least twice a week. It really depends on where I need to be after work - if I just go home, I'll walk.
Of course, I also carried a candlestick lamp with me. I thought about putting the lampshade on my head but decided against it.

Good morning all from Iowa where the temp yesterday was 82 and got up to 49 with a predicted high of 60! And we wonder why the kiddos are sick this time of year!

Good morning. Go Duke! Beat Army! GTHc!
Road trip. With 95 in SC being half closed still due to the flooding, it makes it a lot more challenging and a much longer drive to get to Florida. Not sure what we'll find along the way.

ID grandson's team won last night 28-8 and our Andy had 13 solo tackles! Major in high school football! We are so proud of him!
