I guess it's web + seminar = webinar. Live online seminar. Mine are software or procedure related... everyone's across the country and it's not worth it to get together for a 1 hour info session type gathering. Seriously, though, my current apartment is smaller, but the layout just works really, really well. I saw bigger places that didn't have a great layout for my stuff. Go figure.

Had pretty much the same experience when I bought my townhouse. Saw it, looked around a lot more, returned to it (though in a different part of town but exact same model).
So yes, I found the apartment, but now... hmmm... what if... know what I mean? I just need to pull the trigger and trust my gut.
