Hope the day is going well for you. How is it finishing up your first week smoke free? Vibes for an even easier 2nd week.

It is getting easier most of the time...although a little while ago I spent about 3 minutes looking in my purse for my cigarettes...I FORGOT I didn't smoke - old habits die hard :D

Now you have me all confused. If you fall down once, you get up once, if you fall down a second time, you get up twice. Falling down is the first action, getting up is the second action. Thus you have to get up the same number of times you fall down.

Am I missing something?

Yes, and you should be GLAD that you don't get it. I'm embarrassed that I DO get it. If you REALLY want to know, ask K68. It's a guy thing.

Okay, now that makes sense. Thanks for the diagram. I can't believe I needed one.

And now, for the real purpose of this thread, supporting Windsor.

Love the quote Tilly!

I was counting smoking as 'down' and quitting as up - hence down 9 up 10....most smokers try to quit multiple times before it finally 'takes' .

This morning was the first time I've had my coffee without wanting to grab a cigarette. I love coffee ~o)
