That Harrison hit on Buckwalter was nasty - wonder if they will call him out for helmet to helmet? Don't think it was intentional but it sure sounded bad.

Same for the Redskins. That was the best game they'd played since Zorn was coach, except MAYBE the Saints game last year.

Delhomme starts off Delhommesucksday with a pass into the back of Steve Smith's leg, which it careens off of into a Jet's defenders hand. He promptly runs 70 yards with it for the TD.
Delhomme Sucks.

The Eagles came from behind to take the lead by 3. Redskins have the ball with no TOs and a minute left.

And with that, the Skins turn it over on downs. The Eagles really needed this one. Getting a fifth loss at this point would really hurt.

The Atlanta Falcons

Post by EarlJam » November 29th, 2009, 4:28 pm

The Falcons have four big questions to tackle this week:

1. Can Matt Ryan's toe be ready for next week's game?

2. Will Michael Turner be able to play?

3. Can they find a human, or golly heck, even a mule to replace Jason Elam as kicker?

4. Where should they hang the golden horseshoe they used today to pull the win out of their collective asses? %%-

All said, thank goodness for the win. They needed it. Go Warbirds!

From yesterday's wrapup shows, here are the answers to your questions:
1) No
2) No
3) No
4) The men's room.

That was a pathetic excuse for a game. x_x :-q ~x(

Woot how bout them Iggles!!! Big win over the Giants tonight and the Cowboys starting their Winter Swoon. The Eagles offense is really clicking, but the D was shaky tonight. Luckily they get "easy" games vs. the 49ers and Broncos coming up. I really hope they don't play down to the competition. They're probably going to be without Trent Cole next week for the punch he threw with 8 seconds left tonight. The game @Dallas to end the season hopefully won't be for the division - the Cowboys have the Saints to play and knowing them, they'll keep swooning.

Redskins fire Cerrato and hire Bruce Allen of Raiders and Bucs Super Bowl fame.
