Welcome home, Sue. Give Chloe a belly rub for me

I like what Ima said about keeping a journal. When I was going through hell I would write first thing in the mornings. I would just spew whatever popped into my head and not worry about spelling, grammar or syntax. The idea was to get as much off my heart and onto the page as possible. I also did it with the intention that no one would ever read what I had written. I recently found some of those journals and am amazed at what I read. I'm glad I have a personal record. I learned and grew so much.
Hang tough and as always, don't forget to breathe because that's all you are actually required to do in any given moment.
hugs,

Glad you made it home. Ima is so right....a journal is a great idea. We are all guilty at one time or another of focusing on the negative - simply finding five things you are greatful for is a great help (and no, you can't list Crazie Talke five times)
Hugs and vibes and peaceful thoughts (mile smilies aren't working today -- aaaggghhhh)
Hope work goes easy on you today.

Methinks there were plenty here that missed you also.

Wellllllllllll... the surgeon & cardiologist both cleared Yucky Crankypants, and he'll be flying back to LV on Monday. He may sleep for 3 days afterward the way he's been going.
He sees the LV cardiologist on Friday, 9/3.
Trying to figure out when I'm going to LV to help my mom. Will probably call her tomorrow to see what she says.

I'm glad he is getting to head home. That will, hopefully, change from Uncle Yucky Crankypants to a closer approximate of Uncle Yucky.

Yay!!! This is good news. As DinK noted, hopefully being at home will bring back the Uncle Yucky we know and love.

Nothing like home to lift spirits. I'm sure once he's back in LV he'll be Mr. Sunnybutt in no time.
Glad things are going well for him - vibes for continued recovery...a safe trip home...and better days ahead for all of you!

YAY! I'm so glad he's getting better.
Now, go do something nice for yourself.

Getting into the game late. Hope that your parents had a safe, uneventful trip.

Spoke to them after they landed. His wheelchair got them to the front of the security line and he managed not to set off the metal detector! But when they landed they had to wait for the wheelchair because it wasn't there... not that it aggravated him... much. Then he insisted on unpacking when they got home. Why my mom couldn't do it and he had to, I have no idea.
So anyway, he's tired but he's home, so that's something.

Yay!!! Glad Uncle Yucky is home safe and sound. Wonder how long he'll sleep tonight.

In one stretch or throughout the whole night?
