The police report says his address is 7611 Kristen Drive, Oak Ridge. Google Map it. Nice place.

Bite your tongue! Minor pot offenses pay my salary!CameronBornAndBred wrote:I don't mind the charges being dropped; the courts have better things to do than prosecute minor pot offenses. I DO hope though that someone keeps digging into those gifted rental cars. Just because he doesn't have to go to court does not mean that he should be on the court next year.
http://espn.go.com/blog/collegebasketba ... cs-biggestThere are some tricky legal questions left over here. The first is the issue of the handgun, which police have said was found outside the vehicle at the traffic checkpoint. None of the three men in the vehicle that day (Hairston, Carlos Sanford and Miykael Faulcon) have been charged for having the handgun, reasons for which are just as uncertain as whose gun it was in the first place. It is also not unfair to ask whether the state would have been as deferential in dropping charges were Hairston not a Tar Heels star. When you spend the morning trying to mentally navigate whether a report on widespread academic scandal led by a former governor was changed at the last minute to elide NCAA interest, you begin to see conspiracy -- or, at best, a wink-nudge-Go-Heels -- around every corner.
But here's the real problem for UNC: Hairston's legal woes were never the main concern.
She's not a girl who misses much...

Someone who knows NC laws, please tell me this assessment thing isn't just a pee test. I'm sure PJ and his buddies know how to use methods to avoid testing positive for marijuana.
Oh, and speaking of buddies, are his passengers still charged with possession?
