CB&B, so you decided against the ram to keep your grass short?
The ram will be sacrificed for the last Brunchgate of the year.

Got most of my exercise in today through walking. Topped it off with a few Wii Fit activities and a game of Wii tennis.

Another day of Cardio Workout. I did 50 minutes this evening while supper was in the oven.
Since last Tuesday (even accounting for my eating like a fatted calf over the weekend), I've lost 3 pounds.

That's fabulous!
I haven't done that well in terms of weight loss. Maybe it's time to formally add Weight Watchers to the mix. Either that or quit eating chocolate at work. (I am the keeper of the emergency chocolate stash at work. We've needed it a lot this week.)
I did about 45 min of Cardio Dance tonight. I really like Cardio Dance.

Emergency chocolate is a really important component of any office. Sandy down the hall keeps emergency chocolate in our office; I have the microwave popcorn stash.

Lots of walking today. I actually got all my required exercise by walking. Just for fun, I pulled out Wii Fit - rhythm kung fu, a couple of strength exercises, some yoga, and then a game of Wii tennis. Yoga and strength exercises good. Need to do more.

I was a couch potato last night.

I did do quite a bit of walking, but not that much.

Had my first handbell practice and was disappointed to discover that it doesn't burn very many calories. Finished off my required activity for the day by doing a bunch of Wii Fit stuff. Annoyingly, my activity monitor doesn't register running in place as running.

Off to the gym while B is at his church meeting. Yesterday's exercise was walking back and forth from one Brunchgate tent to the other.

45 minute walk/run this AM. Almost 5 hours of yard work this afternoon and evening. Perhaps a 30 minute walk tonight. If my feet will move.

I started out on the treadmill but migrated to the bike for the last 25 or so minutes of the Redskins game.

I briskly walked 4 miles at the tailgate delivering DukePA her parking pass. I'm sure I lost weight.
It might have only been 3 miles, but I had to fight my way through a stream of red...so it felt like four.
Duke born, Duke bred, cooking on a grill so I'm tailgate fed.

But you had 2 beers each way so any calorie-burning/weight loss was rapidly negated.
