Bone dry in Kentucky, with little prospects for rain over the next week, with temperatures soaring to 100 degrees tomorrow through the weekend. THIS will be a problem during July 4th (and all the locals playing with fireworks).

We're in a fire advisory, and some local counties are going on water restrictions.
UGGH!!

Niiiiiiice! Love the color! Sounds a lot like my Sonata, maybe a shade darker/deeper. It'll look great in Blue Devil Alley on September 1st! :happy-bouncyblue: :9f:

Hopefully you won't have any need for the puddle lights on game days...

Not yet. The training has been a bit overwhelming.

Yesterday was another beautiful day of sun and low temps. It was the last one for a while but we made the most of getting out and enjoying it. Went walking at a local park by the river. :D

The oppressive heat is definitely settling in today. It's 101 degrees on the western edge of the Piedmont. Even a few minutes outside is quite unpleasant!

101 degrees outside in Kentucky, but it feels like 107 degrees out there.

Monster front came through... no rain, but all wind. 40-50 mph gusts for about 30 minutes.

We were on the northern side of that. Our part of the front came with a lot of rain. Not enough to keep my parched lawn from going dormant, but a pretty good soaking nonetheless.

Haven't found out for certain yet whether the 106 degrees today set a record high for June 29 or an all-time high for any day. Bleecchhh! Bring on those October Brunchgates!

According to WRAL weather, it's 94 degrees at 11damn30 PM at their studio. That's even hotter than I remember when we were in Las Vegas a decade or so ago. Holy $&@# !!!!!

When we lived in Georgia in the early to mid 80s, Mrs. DD remembers a temperature of 89 when she left work one night at about 11 PM. C'mon October...
