Murder conviction. Sentencing in October.
Went to Flemings to celebrate. By happy circumstance ran into some friends.
I had waaaay too much wine.

Good morfternoon.
I couldn't say "good morning" because my laptop told me that this site was under attack or was attacking--not sure which. Then I went to court. Now I'm tethered to the desk for the duration of the afternoon.

Hmmm. OzzieDaughter is at work at her new school. SIL just went to a class at JCC. It's just me and Ruthie for a couple of hours! We're watching cartoons - Clifford the Big Red Dog!

So far, no shark sittings. That's a good thing. The weather was awful this morning, Very over cast and drizzling. It cleared off and the horse shoe event went of without a hitch. We're going to the Captain's Tables for dinner.

It's a morfternoon, y'all here in Iowa! Happy Labor Day to everyone and hope you're enjoying it however makes you happy! We are having a shrimp boil at our house and Y'ALL are welcome if you're in the area!
I hope you know how hard it is for someone born and raised in the midwest to even type the word y'all!
