You are so incredibly fortunate that Mr. DA helps you out with drop-off.DevilAlumna wrote: I do one (usually pick-up), and Mr. DA does the other (drop-off.)
Same routine today.

Good way to work it out - you both get travel time with Little DA. Her cuteness should be shared as much as possible.

Re: Where did Ya Go Today?
Have you tried the new traffic pattern on the return trip onto I-40W yet? They narrow I-40W from 3 to 2 lanes in advance of the 70 merge, and reduced the merge from 2 to 1 lane. Theory being it's the merges caused by the 3 to 2 lane merge at that point on 40W, and adding 2 lands of traffic from 70 W at the same point, that are causing the big buildups in the morning, and if you do the reducing earlier on 40 it might help. Jury is still out on the experiment. I think it might actually work. I've only used it later in the day, like today. Mrs. Ozzie has been taking 70 Business through Clayton most mornings because it has been faster - the other morning there was an accident at Jones Sausage Rd that REALLY tied up 40. She stayed on 70 all the way through Garner.captmojo wrote:All I think about Clayton is I don't have to drive thru it any more. Thank you, new 70 by-pass.devildeac wrote: Confinement (or containment)

Re: Where did Ya Go Today?
The only cure will be the extension of I-540 beyond 64, down to a connection with 70.OZZIE4DUKE wrote: Have you tried the new traffic pattern on the return trip onto I-40W yet?
