Green, white, checker
1/2 a lap and BAM... MASS ACCIDENT.
Newman, Truex, and JR are OUT!!
Dinger hit Newman.
Ragan (in the lead) got black flagged as well. Robby Gordon saves his car.
Blech and Bowyer go to pit road.
We'll have a second try at a green, white, checker start.

Do the announcers moonlight as ACC referees? Nobody touched Dale Jr. Everyone missed him. He just turned on his own.

Of course, these are the same guys who said, "Ragan Smith's timing is perfect, he just went too soon."

When we start again, it'll be BAYNE, Smoke, Labonte, MM, KurtBusch, and JPM.

Bayne may NOT have enough fuel to last it.

Invest in toilet paper, take it to Stuart, Virginia, and sell it.

Oedipus, the ex=husband is very, very happy. He sucks, but Leonard Wood and the rest of the family are really nice people.

Kid, that's the only car the Wood Brothers own. Be careful.

It was DW who said that about Smith. He is highly entertaining but nobody has ever accused him of being a rocket scientist.

Not really a racing fan for a long time, and not gonna get back in it, but that was great for that kid and for Leonard Wood.

I can't believe how many spots Stewart dropped on that last lap.

Unofficially my drivers finished 6th, 9th, 13th, and 17th this week.

Really, that was an EXCITING Green-White-Checker finish. Bayne hugged the line, and blocked Edwards.

What does a 20 year old celebrate with? Champagne? That's illegal!

Useless trivia: one of the reasons for the original California race was because Coors beer was unavailable in NC, and the haulers would stop back through Colorado and fill the haulers to the very top with Coors in the bottle.

Apparently I suck at this, since I had Harvick (42), Junior (24), McMurray (18), and Menard (9).

I finally decided not to get involved. Too many bad memories from Oedipus re: NASCAR. If we had played better at lax, I wouldn't have seen a lap.

Just eyeballing the group picks, I believe you won, with Marvin in 2nd.

And now it's made from the cool, clean and pristine, free flowing, crystal clear waters of the Dan river in Eden, NC.

And before that, in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.

I heard that Miller picked Eden because of their good water.

If so, it will be nice to start the season with a win.

I noticed something on the Yahoo site during the race today that I hadn't noticed before - they were providing projected points for each of your drivers as the race progressed. Those points disappeared after the race finished but it was cool to see during the race.

We all have crappy weeks in which drivers don't finish. Talledega always kicks my ass.
