Actually, after paying for a month of Lipitor, it looks like a pretty good deal....

You might want to have him changed to Crestor or Vytorin if it's THAT expensive. That oughtta be a Tier 2 drug on most drug plans and be about $35/month. Or Tier 3 at the worst and be $55/month. Also depends on what he'll tolerate and what will lower his total cholesterol and LDL by at least 40%, ideally closer to or > 50%.

It's $70/month on his insurance, but it does keep his cholesterol down.

Since he has a month of the stuff as of today, we will catch up with you at Brunchgate. What color G37 should he bring you?

Lots of walking today (I had 5/6 dots when I got home!), 30+ min of Cardio Dance Workout.

Good job, AD!
Forty-five minutes of Cardio Workout when I got home. I had probation violation court today, so I didn't get any walking in to speak of at work. Half-rising out of a chair and saying, "No comment, Your Honor" doesn't burn many calories. I burned more calories than at least two attorneys in the courtroom; one dozed quietly and the other SNORED.

Today was a bit tougher - only 3/6 dots when I got home from work. Getting up to 6 required 30+ min of cardio dance, a game of tennis, and a couple of cardio activities on Wii fit.

After I did a pretty brutal hour-long workout on Cardio Dance, I figured out why it's been so hard to get dots on my activity monitor. I changed the location that I wear the monitor and forgot to change the default location on the website (which syncs to the monitor). Once I made that one minor change my exercise for the last several days went WAY up. I wondered why the heck it was so difficult to get dots all of a sudden!

I rode the stationary bike for 35 minutes last night and am now headed back to the fitness center and to the elliptical. It won't balance out the pancakes I just had but at least it's a start.

Back from the gym. Ten minutes of the elliptical, twenty-five on exercise bike, the fifteen minutes of Cardio Workout when I got home. It didn't help my mood or hunger any, unfortunately.

45 minute walk this AM, 4 hours of yard work this afternoon and lacing up the shoes for a 30 minute walk in the very near future.

Did an hour of Cardio Workout tonight, and got some decent walking in at work. Our suite was so cold, it was self-preservation to walk around the courthouse.

Actually, if I had a fence, I would totally have goats. (Not sheep, I don't like sheep, they are pissy.) In fact I'd have angora's and sell the wool. Get my lawn cut AND make money.
