2 inches on our deck here near downtown Raleigh and coming down pretty hard. It's begun to stick on the street.

Woke up to 6 inches of beach snow this morning.

Sweetie Pie's work is close, so it's a family day.

I gonna guess about 3" on the ground and 1" on the driveway/streets here in N. Raleighwood. I'll report back in about an hour after my walk.

Wow..we were lucky. A large branch missed our trailer by literal inches. It dented up the chain link dog pen pretty well..I'll have pictures of it and more beach snow later.

I guess we got 2 to 3 inches on the grass and cars, but the roads look pretty clear. Watching WRAL's coverage, including from the US 70 overpass on I-95, the bridges and overpasses can be slick, but the roads are generally clear.

Here's the same view this morning as last night.

We got 2-3". Mom's neighborhood is very hilly and tree-laden, so there's a beautiful panorama of kiddies sledding in a snowscape out the front window.

I measured just now. 2 inches. The sun has been shinning. Its not very cold. Harley and I walked up the drive to get the paper. Its not slick. The road is no problem.

Wow. Just now reading this. Six inches of Feb. snow at the beach? Is that a record????
