I don't take out soup. All I wind up with is an empty container and a wet floorboard.

That was greens, in the trunk, in a car we no longer own. ;)
I always brace the take-home Chinese soup against something that prevents it from slipping, sliding, and spilling.
And when you're done with the soup, you get another plastic kitchen container for leftovers. :D

Yeah, but I was just talking about the empty container and the wet floorboard (slash trunk pan). Seems analogous enough.

So...consider this as a fresh challenge! A less stinky, yet still odorous opportunity. Also, a christening of sorts. :auto-swerve:

By the way...I want to open up the coolest buffet restaurant ever. It will have Chinese, Mexican, and American foods.

I will call it Juan Ton Smith's. :chef:

There's a place just like that in RTP. I think it's called Mr. Wok. Racks and racks of Chinese foods. Tacos, taquitos, crayfish, quesadillas, fried chicken.

Like the truck stop sign I saw when we went to Asheville 2 weeks ago, touting "Down Home Southern Cooking" and "Chinese buffet." Just which Chinese province does the down home Southern cooking come from?
