Congrats to Coach K and all of the players and coaches that have helped him reach this level!

My favorite Coach K quote from the post-game interview: when talking about Dean Smith, he said, "We have a lot in common. We both have big noses."
Most people say that is it is the intellect which makes a great scientist. They are wrong: it is character.

I just got home from the game; it was awesome baby. We even got LETS GO DUKE going on both sides of the Coliseum. My seats were 5 rows behind the Duke bench, so I tried to get some decent photos during the timeouts.
I still stand by my prediction that Mason will stay for more Duke basketball next year; he was so pumped for Miles's first dunk. Also, the impressive thing about Andre's missed dunk is that the ball richoted across the length of the court almost running into 2 of my swimmers who were sitting in those seats behind that basket.
Nolan makes hustle look easy and smooth. Seth can shoot. Miles watches tape. Grats to Coach K.

Yay Duke! A bunch of my courthouse friends went to the game, but I haven't heard any post-mortems yet. I'm sure a good time was had by all of us who are like-minded.
Congratulations to Coach K, his family, and everyone connected with the program. What a class act. I am proud to have him as a representative of our university.

Very enjoyable evening except for 2 young d-bag unc fans who held up unc flags or posters deriding K. Didn't those 2 dipshits have anything better to do than act like hemorrhoids on a special night for K.

Re: 880
Towards the end of the game we all heard boos raining down on the court. In chat Kewlswim asked "Why are they booing"? A few seconds later Jay Williams announced that the boos were directed at someone runnning around with a unc flag. We all laughed at that.devildeac wrote:Very enjoyable evening except for 2 young d-bag unc fans who held up unc flags or posters deriding K. Re: 880
For me, the best part was that Coach K got #880 over another one of my old bosses, Coach Dement. It was SPECIAL that Coach Dement was the first one to congratulate Coach K on #880, and to know that his congratulations were sincere and heartfelt.
