Coach K and Singler are participating from Duke.

Pete (NC)
Coach K, as a UNC alum, I don't like you. But as a college basketball fan, I respect you for what you've accomplished. Good luck this year with the target on your back.

Coach K
First of all, Pete, I really like you, no matter who you cheer for. I respect you too for coming here to talk to someone you don't like. We usually have a target on our backs, for the last 25 years or so, we know that we're the other teams' big name. We're somebody's big game. We have to make sure that every game is a big game for us. Living with that for the last 25 years has helped me be a better Team USA coach. I'm able to convey that message to our national team better. All of that is so important.

Coach K
I like everybody, even if they cheer for someone else. I'm just glad you're a fan of basketball.

What made you want to stay for your senior season after accomplishing the ultimate goal of winning a championship?

Kyle Singler
I just wanted to experience my senor year. I had a great time last year having won a title and I still feel I have a lot more to learn from Coach K.

Pete sounds like a nice guy. A peckerhead but a nice guy. I guess.

K's answer is great. Team USA coach. :ymdevil: Way to rub it in, Coach. :)) =))

Wonder if any writers asked ol roy why he dressed up a a magician (or was he a circus leader/ringmaster) at his late nite event. Wonder if anyone asked him why a buncha his players dressed up in fake grass skirts, coconut bras or as penguins, bananas or pumpkins. What a group of dipshits.
[redacted] them and the horses they rode in on.
