For my part, I'm going to be doing a smoked salmon recipe. Not "smoked salmon" as in smoked before they shipped it, but marinated salmon smoked on the grill for about an hour or so. Very tasty.

I'll bring the all beef 1/4 pound Costco hot dogs again, plus maybe some donuts. And of course, Bud Light.

I you put a hot dog on a donut (instead of on a bun), will that irritate the food police enough for them to put us on 60 Minutes? =))

I'd rather have a scoop of ice cream and some chocolate and caramel syrup on my Krispy Kreme donut and call it a sundae than have a wienie on my pastry.

But a hot dog will be tasty on one of TNT's homemade rolls if he brings them.

I'm thinking of bringing pumpkin muffins and tea.

Banananana bread it will be. Probably a loaf with pee-cans and another with chocolate chips. And a breakfast beverage :D .
Our group will be Mr. and Mrs. DD.

My group will be Hazeleyedpixie, my stepmom and my dad. (Yay!) He had lots of questions for me about our struggles on the phone tonight.

Brunchgate means brunch so, that means brunch foods.
Coffee Cake;
Cinnamon-Raisin Swirl bread;
Brioche Pecan Sticky Buns;
Biscuits
Screw the donuts. We don't need them! Ymm!

I am coming with 2, perhaps 3, guests: my cousin(s) and a co-worker here from France for 2 months. The menu seems to be heavy on breakfast foods, so I may bring sandwiches (ham salad, egg salad, pimento cheese?) if I have time Friday night after getting home from Countdown to Craziness. (Sleep is highly overrated, right?)

We had fun at work explaining what tailgating is to the young man from France, so I'm glad he's getting the experience of the party before the party with this group! He grasped the concept pretty well, as he offered to bring beer.

I don't know what time the Devil Walk is, but am aiming to arrive around 10:30. Save me a mimosa!

Will your guest be bringing French beer? Do they brew beer in France? Last year when the French company that I used to rep gave me a bottle of beer to take home from the meeting (instead of the French wine they gave the other reps, since they knew I didn't drink wine), they gave me a 750 ml bottle of Duvel. But looking at the label, it was brewed in Belgium, not France.

The Devil Walk begins at 10:45, so your plan works!

I'm also going to bring orange juice and the other ingredient to make mimosas.

The French need to stick to w(h)ine and cheese. Their beer is horrible. They can go to neighboring Germany and Belgium and get great beer.

There will be 2 of us for the Miami game and I will bring an egg strata (I can reheat it in the kitchen in Rachel's dorm if it doesn't reheat well on a grill) and fruit.

Well, I keep drinking yours, so I thought I'd contribute.

Yo, TNT, how about an update to see if we need to bring anything else/larger quantities.

Bananananana bread should be baking this afternoon. Hope I get home before leaving for Derm for CTC so I can get a whiff and a "free sample" before it becomes off limits until Saturday AM. :ymblushing:
