Diagnose THIS!

Post by EarlJam » September 16th, 2010, 6:14 pm

Okay. My left elbow. Five to six days out of most weeks, no problem. But about once a week, I wake up and it feels like I have a migraine headache in my elbow joint. It's not in the veins, it's in the joint. I know I'm old, but this can't be arthritis. Also, I play a lot of tennis but swing with my right arm, not the left where the pain is.

What the hell? When it hurts, it hurts quite severely. I'm posting this more for general interest, as I'm not that worried about it right now.

Do you sleep on your left side?

I usually toss and turn in bed, going from left side to right side, to left side, to face up, to right side again.

But now that you mention it, yes, I usually DO wake up on my left side.

You're suffering from a sleep-crushed elbow.

Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy.

The main character is Arthur. Of what "Arthur" were you referring?
