Geek alert: MOSS 2007 question (themes)

I manage a MOSS 2007 server at work and while I was dicking around with some of the themes I thought it'd be great to have a Duke themed template that I could force on everyone who visits the IT site. And maybe some of the other sites too - particularly HR since that group is full of holes. While I know I could probably figure out how to create a new theme, A: I'm lazy; B: If someone else has already done it why should I; C: see A and B. Has anybody here built one or have the skillz and initiative to do so? And if so, can you share?
