Len Bias Video on You Tube

Post by EarlJam » April 25th, 2010, 3:32 pm

Just stumbled across this today. Lordy, he was awesome. Pause it at the 3:13 mark and look how high he is off the ground and how far above the rim his arms are. His waist looks to be halfway between the backboard and the floor. Anyone know what his vertical leap was? Unreal.

Seems it may not have been measured; a quick search only turned up this:
One of my friends asked him what his vertical leap was and I remember Lenny said, "I'm not sure, I am working on touching the top of the backboard."
Interesting you should post this right now; I noticed ESPN's 30 for 30 "Without Bias" is going to be shown several times in the next few weeks: http://30for30.espn.com/film/without-bias.html Should be interesting.
