You can get the album from Amazon MP3 store for $9.49... and no, free usually <> legal.
If you have the Zune pass (yea, not likely), it's also available for download.
Thanks for mentioning this song, though - I love it, but didn't know what it was called.

You might try buying the physical album used. Since it's a soundtrack, it might be difficult to find at a record store, but a quick Amazon search brought it up almost 50 times for as low as $7.
