Roy's Confidence

Post by CameronBornAndBred » January 17th, 2010, 9:35 am

Ol' Roy quote from after the GT game...
"I'm not used to coaching Jayhawk basketball or Tar Heel basketball without any confidence," coach Roy Williams said. "We've put ourselves in this spot, and we've got to figure out a way to get out of it."
So is he saying he isn't confident now, or is he saying he's not used to coaching without confidence and doesn't plan on it happening?

If I heard K say he is not confident coaching, I'd be freaking out.

I'm glad he's lost it...though I'm concerned all the losses they will rack up will somehow diminish our victories over them.

Roy is doing a great job this season. I commend the entire UNC team for the effort they display every game.

This, of course, is impossiple.

EVERY Carolina loss, even the ones not directly at the hands of Duke, is a shining victory for Duke. They could be 0-16 when Duke played them; if Duke made them 0-17, I would dance in the street and party my kneecaps off!

We could win by 2, we could win by 20... just so long as we beat them.
